Power of Knowing: Making Your Story Known
Telling our story includes sharing it with others so it can be known and respected, especially at times of illness and death. While many people know what they would like their care to look like, or how their estate to be handled, far fewer people complete the needed conversations and documents to ensure that wishes are respected. Underserved or disenfranchised members of the community are even less likely to complete this planning.

This webinar will focus on the importance of making your story known and completing available planning, including access to the information so loved ones, healthcare professionals and legal professionals can be guided by your choices.

1. Learn about the choices and documents that are important to make and how to be sure these are available to decision makers when needed.
2. Learn about the on-the-ground difference having Advance Directive Planning completed prior to a crisis makes.
3. Learn about the reasons to complete Estate Planning, especially if you are a member of an underserved or disenfranchised member of the community.
